# Data reliability

Inventory+ works with **confirmed actions**. The system records not merely values entered into a database, but actions involving specific employees and preserves them in the accounting history.

This lets the company understand **what happened, which asset was involved, which employee participated, when it happened, and as part of which operation**.

## Confirmed actions

Assigning responsibility for equipment becomes an established fact after the employee confirms acceptance of responsibility. A transfer becomes confirmed after the receiving employee confirms receipt.

Confirmation can be completed in the employee's account or by signing on the device used to process the operation.

## Built-in electronic workflow

Confirmation is built directly into Inventory+. Everyday operations do not require separate tokens, certificates, USB devices or other special infrastructure. The confirmation becomes part of the operation itself.

## Protection for both company and employee

Important events are confirmed by the participant. If an operation is created for an employee without their actual participation, the employee can see that the action was initiated and the discrepancy can be identified quickly.

## Reliable operation history

Every confirmed action becomes part of the accounting history. A confirmed inventory issue or equipment transfer cannot later be silently replaced with a different value as if the original event never occurred. Subsequent actions create new history instead.

## Protection against inconsistent states

Inventory+ prevents actions that could break accounting integrity. Responsibility can be changed, for example, but existing responsibility cannot simply be deleted while leaving the equipment without a new responsible person.

## Current state with context

Employees, equipment, inventory, workspaces and operations are linked. The company can therefore view the current state together with its confirmed history and determine who is responsible, which operations occurred, and which actions relate to a particular employee.

## Main principle

> **Inventory+ records confirmed actions, preserves their history, and automatically maintains reliable accounting data.**

Users work with real operational processes while the system enforces the relationships and rules behind them.
