Inventory+ is not merely a database of equipment, inventory and employees. It is an accounting system whose rules are built directly into the product logic. Its primary purpose is to maintain reliable and consistent records in the interests of the company and its employees. The system records real actions, preserves their history, and automatically maintains the correct relationships between people, assets and operations.

Accounting follows real processes

Inventory+ is built around what actually happens in a company. Equipment is transferred to an employee; responsibility is assigned or changed; inventory is issued. The system provides a simple way to record each of these real events.

Simple actions instead of complex forms

A user does not need to understand the internal accounting mechanics. To transfer equipment, for example, the user selects the equipment, selects the employee, and clicks Transfer. Inventory+ then handles the internal work: it determines the operation context, stores related data, updates states, records participants, and sends the required notifications. The system handles the accounting logic.

Restrictions protect the company

Restrictions in Inventory+ are part of the accounting safeguards. Their purpose is to prevent accidental or deliberate actions from creating inconsistent records or destroying important information. For example, responsibility for equipment can be changed at any time. However, equipment that already has a responsible employee cannot simply be left without responsibility. If the company changes responsibility, a new responsible person must be assigned.

The rules apply at every access level

The system protects records not only from employee mistakes but also from incorrect administrative actions. No user should be able to destroy linked data or create a state that contradicts the accounting rules with a single careless action.

Record integrity is maintained automatically

Inventory+ links employees, equipment, inventory, workspaces and operations into one coherent picture. Responsibility, transfers, inventory issues and workspace assignments remain connected to the relevant records and history.

The main principle

Real actions should be easy to record. The system’s rules should protect the company and employees from incorrect or harmful actions. Record integrity should be maintained by the software itself.
The complex logic stays inside Inventory+; users work with simple actions that reflect real company processes.
