How the two sides work together
1
The owner creates the company
The owner registers the company and receives access to its management. Additional administrators can be added when needed.
2
Administrators prepare company data
Administrators add and edit employees, equipment, inventory and workspaces, assign responsibility, and manage access.
3
Employees work with existing data
Employees do not manage the company’s master data. In their own interface they record real actions: receiving and transferring equipment, confirming receipt, working with inventory, and performing other available operations.
4
Administrators see the complete picture
Employee actions are reflected in the company’s records. Administrators see the current state and can initiate an operation themselves when necessary.
Why there are two interfaces
The separation exists for security and simplicity. Administrators need full access to company data and settings. Employees need a small set of everyday actions, so Inventory+ does not force everyone to work in the same complex administration interface.In My Equipment, an employee cannot edit the company’s master data or settings. The interface is limited to safe operational actions involving existing equipment, inventory and workspaces.
- Company Management — for the company owner and administrators;
- My Equipment — for employees.
